I have sat across from countless dreamers ready to start their new business, but they have no idea where to start or how to plan. What paperwork, licensing, and tax filings are required? How do they hire the right people to help grow their vision? How do they turn their dream into reality? How do they protect their new endeavor?
I have sat down with hundreds of family business clients over the past (almost) 30 years. I have learned that most small business owners have one thing in common: after years of dedication to their business and vision, instead of running their business, their business is now running them.
I have also had the pleasure of sitting across the table from seasoned business owners who are ready for the next stage of their life, but they have no plan in place for the sustainability and longevity of their life’s work. How do they protect the legacy they have built? How do they pass their legacy to their beneficiaries? Have they waited too late?
I created Morgan Wyatt to help protect the business legacy that I was creating and to use my company to help others do the same thing. It is our goal to help others transform their dream into a legacy.

Brook Carter brings a multitude of skill sets to our office. Her knowledge of real property transactions is an invaluable asset for our clients. Combining her years as a legal assistant and small business management, she is able to understand the intricacies of putting a plan together that fits the needs of the families and businesses we serve.
Brook is a successful entrepreneur, managing her own business, helping our clients with their business and family matters, and being actively involved in our community 4-H and livestock programs.
Brook has a passion for hometown heroes that serve our communities through law enforcement, teaching, fire-fighters, educators, and emergency personnel. Her Hometown Heroes real estate program gives back to those heroes that give so much to help our communities and nation thrive.

Macy Rowland is the fire behind our office and a master at managing multiple issues at the same time. Having worked in both the public and government business sectors, she is the perfect lead-off and primary client contact in our office.
It is our mission for every family to truly feel they have a personal connection with our office. Macy is your go-to contact when you need to quickly connect with our office. She organizes all of our calendars, communications, files, and client care and is the one who keeps all of us on our toes.
Macy was raised in her families' business and knows the long hours of hard work and sacrifice that go into making a dream become a reality.
Having helped her parents balance work and family, she truly understands the importance of getting it right.
Lisa
LAWYER & FOUNDER
Lisa Watson Whitman is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience working with companies to make sure they get things right. She is licensed to provide legal services in Oklahoma and Texas and actively assists business owners nationwide.
Lisa formed Morgan Wyatt LLC in 2020 as a vessel to house entrepreneurial endeavors outside of her law practice. MW’s primary focus is providing business development and success services to family business owners.
Morgan Wyatt’s office is located in rural Oklahoma where we work with clients from multiple states. Regardless of where you live, we can help with your business development through our MW office.
Lisa has organized and promoted events across the country in the western and rodeo industries. She has led training seminars and motivational events, appeared on broadcasts, organized businesses, presented programs to civic and business organizations, and trained many entrepreneurs.
